These can be a one-time service, or recurrent services. For weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services we offer special discounts :D

We understand how frustrating it is to have multiple steps for booking cleaning services! We have simplified the process by offering pre-set rates for our most frequently requested services. This way, you can immediately book through our website!
Please note these services are based on units with 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 den and the noted number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If your unit is larger or smaller, you can get a quick-customized quote filling out this form.

* For weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services, the initial visit is charged at the one-time cleaning rate. This allows our team to bring the space up to our professional cleaning standards, as first-time cleanings often require additional time and attention. All recurring visits after the initial cleaning will then be billed at the discounted weekly or monthly service rate.

Yes, all of our cleaners are insured and undergo thorough training to ensure high-quality service and safety standards.

We understand that plans change! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

The cost of cleaning is based on factors such as the size of your home, the type of cleaning required, and any additional services requested.
We use a specialized human-created algorithm to calculate the cost of the cleaning!

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no extra charge.

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If you prefer us to use your own products, please inform us in advance.

While we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner for every appointment, we strive to accommodate requests based on availability and your previous preferences in order to build a client-cleaner rapport.

We provide cleaning services in all of Metro Vancouver. City of Vancouver and North Vancouver has no extra fees.
Richmond, Surrey, West Vancouver and Coquitlam have an extra fee of $15 total.
We provide cleaning services across Vancouver neighbourhoods, including Point Grey, Kitsilano, Shaughnessy, UBC, Arbutus, Dunbar, Southlands, Mackenzie Heights, Kerrisdale, South West Marine Drive, False Creek, Fairview, South Granville, Marpole, Mount Pleasant West, Cambie, Oakridge, Yaletown, West End, Coal Habour, and more!

We are a company founded by three women of colour with a dream of changing the cleaning industry that too often relies on the exploitation of racialized immigrant women. Cleaners are often treated poorly, given poor wages while the company massively profits, have to use toxic products, and have no real job-protections.
At Oceanica Cleaning, all of our employees make a living wage, have PPE, use non-toxic products, and are insured! We are committed to supporting women of colour achieve financial stability !
