A Maintenance Clean focuses on maintaining a consistent level of cleanliness and preventing new dirt buildup. This typically includes wiping surfaces, cleaning visible dirt, and spot-cleaning stained areas. It is not designed for removing previous built-up dirt.

A Deep Clean or Move-In/Move-Out Clean involves much more detailed scrubbing and attention to areas with existing buildup. These services target underlying layers of dirt, grime, and dust that may have accumulated over time, especially in harder-to-reach or commonly overlooked areas.

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Clients may provide us with a key or access code.

We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible. If you have specific preferences or allergies, please let us know, and we can accommodate your needs.

We understand that plans change! You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 48  hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

If the cancellation is done within 48 hours, but not on the day of the cleaning, we may waive the full or part of the fee under emergency circumstances.

We use a specialized human-created algorithm to calculate the cost of the cleaning!

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to address your concerns at no extra charge.

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies. If you prefer us to use your own products, please inform us in advance.

While we cannot guarantee a specific cleaner for every appointment, we strive to accommodate requests based on availability and your previous preferences in order to build a client-cleaner rapport.
