Turn-over cleanings
We recommend our ‘turn-over’ services for homes that need a quick, yet impactful reset. This service is designed for guests that stayed under 10 days in your unit, and for properties that have been kept in relatively good condition.
If the unit is dirtier than expected, an additional fee may apply — either a Standard Cleaning fee or a Deep Cleaning fee, depending on the condition of the property. All fees will be confirmed with you before any work is conducted— so no surprise fees!

Based on the form, we provide a detailed and transparent quote tailored to your space and cleaning priorities. We also recommend customized service packages based on the frequency, scope, and level of cleaning mentioned in the form.

Once the services are confirmed, we finalize a contract that clearly outlines expectations, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure both parties are aligned and satisfied moving forward.
03 Contract finalization
With everything in place, our team gets to work delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services tailored to your business. We maintain ongoing communication and quality assurance to ensure consistent results and long-term satisfaction.
