For one-time services, we have pre-set rates as outlined below. Please note these services are based on units with 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 den and the noted number of bedrooms and bathrooms. If your unit is larger or smaller, you can get a quick-customized quote by contacting us!

Based on the walkthrough, we provide a detailed and transparent quote tailored to your space and cleaning priorities. We also recommend customized service packages based on the frequency, scope, and level of cleaning discussed during the consultation.

03. Contract Finalization

Once the services and schedule are confirmed, we finalize a contract that clearly outlines expectations, responsibilities, and deliverables to ensure both parties are aligned and satisfied moving forward.

04. Cleaning Services Begin

With everything in place, our team gets to work delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning services tailored to your business. We maintain ongoing communication and quality assurance to ensure consistent results and long-term satisfaction.
